Polyester Filter Bag
A polyester filter bag is a filtration solution widely used in industrial dust collection systems, offering high mechanical strength and low pressure drop performance. Thanks to its needle-punched felt structure, it effectively captures micron-sized particles and ensures long-term stable operation. Polyester felt filter technology efficiently traps dust particles in the 0.5–1 micron range with high efficiency, extending filter life and improving overall system performance.
Polyester filter bags are capable of capturing dust particles and gaseous derivatives down to 0.5–1 micron with up to 99% efficiency.
It is grouped as 525-550 grams per square meter and is used to retain aggressive dust such as calcite and kaolin in the cement and filler industry. It can be given hydrophobic and oleophobic properties by subjecting it to water and oil repellent impregnation. As a result, it provides long-term resistance against dust and pollution in extremely humid and oily environments.

Maintenance and Efficiency Tips
To extend the service life of your filter bags, you should regularly monitor the differential pressure (DP) and ensure that the cleaning system (jet pulse) operates at the correct pressure (4–6 bar). Incorrect selection of surface treatment may lead to premature clogging (blinding) of the bags. You can contact our technical team to determine the most suitable surface treatment for your facility.
