Wet Paint Booths with Water Curtain

Wet Paint Booths with Water Curtains work on the principle that during the automatic or manual painting process, the paint particles that cannot adhere to the product to be painted hit the water wall thanks to the air suction at the required flow rate and the particles are separated from the water thanks to the constantly circulating water in the system. In this way, during the dyeing process, dye-containing particles that cannot adhere to the product to be dyed are prevented from scattering into the manufacturing area.

With this system, the particles scattered around during dyeing are filtered to a large extent, and the filtered residues can be collected manually from the cabin chamber. In some applications, much more sensitive and precise results are obtained by using it with a Water Filter.

The control panel is specially designed by our automation team so that the Water Curtain Wet Paint Booths we manufacture can work synchronously with the machine or station they will serve. Remote start/stop, operation, status signals and alarm signals of the Water Curtain Wet Paint Booths are provided to the facility as dry contact on the control panel prepared by our automation team, allowing remote machine control and traceability.
