The command and control panels of all the machines and systems we manufacture are designed by our Automation team. During the commissioning process, all operations such as control panels, plc software, equipment cabling and line synchronization of the machines or systems we manufacture are carried out by us. In this way, all stages from design to commissioning are carried out under the leadership of the same team, and our problem-free turnkey projects are offered to our customers.
Jet pulse filter timer is a control device used in industrial dust collection systems. These systems are generally used in large industrial facilities, especially on machines operating in dusty environments. Jet pulse filters are systems that separate and filter dust particles from the air.
Jet pulse filter timer is a timer used in these filtering systems. This timer controls how often and when the jet pulses to clean the filters. The dust filtration process usually includes these steps:
- Dust Collection: Dusty air is directed to the filter unit.
- Filtration: Dust particles are captured and accumulated in filters.
- Cleaning (Pulse Jet Cleaning): Dust accumulated in the filters is cleaned from time to time with jet pulses. These jet pulses remove dust particles from the filters and increase dust collection efficiency.
- Timing: Jet pulse filter timer determines at what intervals and when jet pulses will be given. This process is usually adjusted automatically based on the contamination level of the filters and the system design.
These timers are often integrated with microprocessor-based control systems and can be programmed to ensure that the filters operate at optimum performance. Especially in industrial applications, dust control and cleanliness are of great importance, so jet pulse filter timers must work reliably and effectively.
A pulse valve control unit is a device designed to control the flow of liquid or gas, often used in industrial processes. These control units are used to ensure that a valve is open or closed or to control its operation at specific intervals.
The term patlaç is generally used in Turkish and refers to a valve or valve that provides sealing. In industrial environments, such valves are often designed and used to operate under a specific pressure and flow conditions. Control units are devices that have the necessary electronic or mechanical hardware to control and operate these valves.
For example, a pulse valve controller may include:
- Electronic Control: A microprocessor or PLC-based control system generates the necessary signals to enable the valve to open and close.
- Input/Output Connections: Electrical or pneumatic ports required to control the valve.
- Timing and Settings: Timers or adjustable parameters to determine when the valve opens and closes.
- Safety and Status Indicators: Indicators or safety features that provide information about the status of the valve.
Pulse valve control units are often used as part of industrial automation systems and are important for optimizing the management of fluids in operating processes. Each unit can be customized and integrated according to specific application or system requirements.
- Differential Pressure Measurement: Continuously measures the differential pressure in the filters. Differential pressure is related to the cleanliness of the filter; The higher it is, the more dirty the filter is.
- Control and Settings: Times the jet pulses required to clean the filters. These settings are usually microprocessor-based and can be configured using various parameters (for example, differential pressure threshold values).
- Alarms and Indicators: Equipped with alarms and indicators that indicate abnormal conditions in the system (for example, excessive differential pressure).
- Input/Output Connections: There are electrical connection points required to receive and transmit valve control signals for differential pressure sensors and jet pulses.
- Data Collection and Communication: Some models can be integrated with different data collection methods and communication protocols (for example, industry standard communication protocols such as Modbus) so that system performance can be monitored and managed remotely.
Differential pressure filter control cards play an important role in filtering particles such as dust and dirt in industrial facilities. These cards are designed to ensure optimum performance of filters and reduce operating costs. Each card can be customized for a specific filtration system and is often configured by filter manufacturers or system integrators to specific application requirements.
Dust collection card is a control and monitoring device designed to control dust and particles used in industrial environments. These cards are generally used in the management of dust collection systems used in large industrial facilities, mines, cement factories, metal processing plants and similar areas.
