Cyclones / Cyclone Filter

Cyclone separators, or simply called cyclones, are systems that separate particulate matter in the dusty air collected from the environment using the principle of inertia. In addition to their use as particle separator, they are also used as pre-cleaners before the dust collection system. If it is used as a pre-separator before the Jet Pulse Dust Collection system, the load on the Jet Pulse dust collection system is reduced and the particles in the polluted air sucked from the environment are separated before the Jet Pulse dust collection system. In this way, the replacement period of the filters in the Jet Pulse dust collection system is extended and the dust collection system works more efficiently. Additionally, in some systems, different solutions can be produced by using more than one cyclone. Such systems are called Multi Cyclone Systems.
