Filter Cages

When producing filter cages, first the rolled iron rods are made flat. These straight bars are then cut according to the cage length requested by our customers. The cut bars are placed in an automatic spotting machine and welded with iron rings at certain distances. After the filter cage takes the desired shape according to the requested diameter and length, the cover is mounted on the lower part and the venturi is mounted on the upper part. The finalized filter cage is sent for delivery after being painted with galvanized coating or electrostatic paints.
